While our goal is not to be the hottest sauce ever made, we do strive to produce sauces that provide adequate heat to satisfy the need to burn and bring the heat to the mouths of every pepper connoisseur .

Out of the extensive studies of these peppers we have developed 4 staple hot sauces that range from mild to extreme. They are listed from hottest to least hottest. Rankings are: 10 being the hottest and 1 being the lowest.
